Michael Jordan the booster????
Just curious: Is Michael Jordan considered a booster to UNC? The guy is worth 1 billion dollars and is arguably the best basetball player to ever live. Surely, he has donated money to his alma mater. If so, how does his role affect the ability to run the Jordan Brand Classic chock full of prospective student athletes? I looked up to see if he has donated to UNC and this is what I found:

+ Founded and supports the Jordan Institute for Families at University of North Carolina

I'm not into what if's, but clearly this is. Secondly, I'm genuinely curious as to why the NCAA would discourage anyone to giving back to their school given that the person may provide financial assistance to a relative or a friend that may give birth to a prospective student athlete. How many of you have donated to the UofM since you graduated?

Your forgetting that is the University of North Carolina.

They had fake classes for 20 years and didn't get punished.

Rules don't apply to them.

Rules are only there to keep US (and those like us in of a similar caliber) in line, so that we may never grow to compete with them year in and year out.

You will also drive yourself crazy trying to equate logic and consistency with the NCAA.
