I think there is a decent amount of crime that is unreported by the media in the Homewood/Vestavia/Hoover area.....

Lots of bad things happen at the Galleria/Patton Creek but it gets swept under the rug...it used to be worse before online shopping killed the brick/mortar stores/malls....

And that's just ignorant on his part. A right to be concerned? Absolutely! But just be aware of your surroundings and things will be fine. But in today's climate, going to school isn't even safe anymore so is he going to start home schooling his daughter?

Ignorant and probably racist. My daughter brought another friend who got curbside drop off and pickup (by me) and great seats.

In regards to the game, Johnston will be available to play at QB.

Clark didn't indicate if Johnston would start and/or play or if both would play, etc.

You can snag $10 tickets for the game so bring someone with you.

Having 28000 there would be good.

There are a lot of incidents around the Hoover/Galleria area, especially during shopping season. Criminals have cars, too, and go where the prey with money and goodies are.

Weather Update:

UAB hosts Louisiana Tech Saturday at Legion Field (2:30p CT kickoff) a very good chance the rain will be over by kickoff; the sky will be cloudy with a kickoff temperature near 66 degrees, falling back into the low 60s by the fourth quarter.

By chance, does anyone have extra tickets for Saturday? I have some friends who would like to come, but they are not in a financial position to buy tickets. I have one extra of my own, but need four more.
