There is more wishful thinking by guys like you than concern by us. Drink has not proven he can recruit. I think P5's will be on the phone soon, but not this soon.

Drinkwitz's trajectory is very similar to Malzahn's.

Not Arkansas. All they care about is have you won somewhere and do you have Arkansas ties. A look at their last few years should tell you they don’t care about recruiting

If he leaves we'll find another one.

Mind you, I don’t think he’d leave for Arkansas. I’m just pointing out that they aren’t known for being smart with coach hires. Those idiots truly believe they have the talent in place to win

Gonna need you to show your math on this chiefsfan

Remember Malzahn left after one year. Of course he had an in with Auburn that Drink doesn't have. I figure the pigs will screw this up too. Keep your fingers crossed.

RE: Hey APPs
I will be quite surprised if Drink is hired at Arkansas. They will hire Bill Clark, Willie Fritz, Billy Napier, or Mike Norvell before they hire Drink IMO. He needs to do more than win with Satterfield's roster.

RE: Hey APPs
I would hope that if you are planning/needing to beat Bama and LSU that you would hire someone who was a proven recruiter. To me he has proven he can win but definitely hasn’t proven he can continue success with his own recruits. It would be a bad hire right now but it wouldn’t surprise me.

8-9 wins and a nice smile would get him a statue built.
