3. Ark St. I think the best of the 5 “ middle teams”
4. Ga St. some nice wins this year
5. Troy. Moved up 3 spots from last week
6 Ga Southern. Beat down by Troy moves them down to 6
7. ULM. Nice win over Ga St

8. Coastal Carolina. Conference wins have been few and far between
9. Texas St. Won the “Bottom Bowl”
10. USA. The season draws on.

Can't make that statement after one good game. If we wax Texas State and play Louisiana very close or beat them, I'd say we've turned the corner.

Don’t know why you’d think beating us would prove anything. We’re one of the three worst programs in the conference right now.

You’ll certainly be a big favorite to win Saturday.

Appreciate the thought, but I don’t see an “expected” Troy victory Saturday as making much of a statement.

Exactly. The way we've played most of the season indicates the 7 or 8 point spread is accurate. If, however, we beat Texas State by 28, and have a really good showing vs Louisiana, it would indicate that our program just needed time to adjust to a new a coaching staff. Not sure I'd expect that to happen though.

Oh, I get that . . . just not sure that "beating" or "waxing" a club that's 13-44 over its last 57 will tell them much of anything . . JMO, but read into the "beating" or "waxing" what you will.
