If you did not see the Appalachian State - South Carolina you missed a good one. I have followed App State for many years now and am really enjoying their success. They have now knocked off North Carolina and South Carolina, both games being on the road. However, their recent loss to Georgia Southern was a pity. The triple option offense Georgia Southern runs can be tough for a team to defend, especially if that team has not seen the triple option before. But App State has played against that offense many times and losing that game is a mystery to me. That loss knocked them out of the Top 25. I will be interested to see if their win tonight moves them back into the Top 25.

Hey, I prefer watching the Chips play football but when we are in a bye week, I'll take App State any day.

no saturday but yet stupid games on tuesday night in the MAC footprint with inches of snow and artic blast. So stupid, I hate Maction on tue night. Earlier in year sunbelt had games televised on the espn networks in beautiful weather. I do not understand why they dont flip flop. Televise mac games on a tue night in early fall when weather is at least decent and then televise the belt later into season when still decent weather in the south
