Can you believe that an organization full of stumblefux, clowns and bafoons can try to pull this crap and ruin our entire basketball season.
We fight this tooth and nail. Tie it up in court ... and sue them for any and all damages.

When you copy the link from the web source, there is a link icon (link chain w/www logo) that you use to post the link....You may also name the link....Make sure the Https:/ is only used once, as it will be provided by the link icon also

NCAA should be bound at least for a year to honor all eligibility clearances they make UNLESS new info is presented that effects their decision. In this case there was no new info.

This is a billion dollar industry and changing decisions on a whim shouldn't fly. Triple jeopardy (deeming a player eligible TWICE then arbitrarily saying he "likely" is ineligible) shouldn't fly. Due your due diligence up front and stamp it official for a year....

Calkins writes that Hardaway has provided help to 100s maybe thousands a folks over the years. Under the NCAA rules all those people and members of their families are now inelgible to play at Memphis. There's something wrong with that rule.

Second, Ballin points out that the gift penny made in 2008 had absolutely nothing to do with James Wiseman who is the one being harmed by an ineligibility ruling. Wiseman was like eight years old at the time -- there's no connection. The rule as it is applied is unethical when it comes to innocent parties like some of these athletes. Ticket points I think.

Meanwhile, Will Wade is on FBI tape admitting to paying players and their families Strong-Ass Offers and nothing was done about it.

Hell the more I think about it, I don't even care if it costs us the season. Family is family. The Wiseman's chose us when they could have LITERALLY gone anywhere. They are good people, and they are our people @#$# the NCAA.

Ballin got me out of a dui once. I even shot craps with him once at Horseshoe. I like our chances with him at the point.
