Things are looking grim in Cleveland. Well things are always grim in Cleveland but I was referring to the Browns. Each week it looks more likely Kitchens won’t be retained. Do you think we could get Wright back if that happens?

I doubt it. He had a whole host of people offering him jobs, college and NFL. Had he not taken the Cleveland job he had two SEC offers that I know of. Cleveland's offensive line has been less than stellar, but i think that's more personnel than scheme. I think he's moved beyond the cusa level for good.

Jody's long-term goal is to be a NFL GM. I'm not familiar with pro ball. Will they fire you after only 1 season?

Sometimes yes - NFL is different beast & will do one of 2 things - fire coach/staff even midseason & nothing is going well or trade off players to build draft picks. Easier/cheaper to dump coaches/staff than players.

They're not getting rid of players. They have a talented young core and this season has been a disaster and Mayfield has really regressed. Id be surprised if Kitchens is around next year and if he is it will be on a short leash.
