So when we’ve gotten out to 10+ point leads twice in this game, Troy has gone on a run to take a lead, mainly due to our 3 point defense and the offense going on scoring droughts. Extremely frustrating.

I mean, it is mainly the 18 turnovers to 6 turnover discrepancy. And of course the perimeter defense looks bad like last year.

I have tried to be optimistic about the upcoming season, even though there has been really no evidence to suggest that I should be.

And I know this is just the first game, but this is a very bad Troy team and it doesn’t look like we are any better.

It’s going to be a long season. I will be there, but I am already dreading the embarrassment.
