I disagree. Last night they played pretty well without their "centerpiece" player and still have to adjust. Thankfully there is still a decent number of games left before conference play starts for them to get adjusted into new roles.

I think 17-14 is still a realistic record.

They played ok against an opponent that in the past a UAB team would not have had a problem defeating. And that was to be expected losing a quality player like Bryant. The reality is that this team will lose their next four games against Lamar, Kentucky, Texas, and Memphis. After that lets see where the psyche of the team and the attitudes of the fans stand.

Some of the fans' attitudes aren't where they need to be right now.

I haven't seen a criteria where some of the fans' attitude need to be certain way.

I didn't think we'd beat a previously undefeated Duquesne...yeah, yeah, i know. They were undefeated against teams that currently sit at a combined 38-69...still, I thought we'd lose. We didn't...

We're playing better than I thought without Bryant.
I see us in the top pod, ending up 18-13 (same as last year)
