Notre Dame Home Sellout Streak To End
Don't know that it means anything but just thought it was interesting.

I'm surprised they couldn't get any boosters to buy up the unsold tickets. That's how Nebraska's kept theirs alive.

Sounds like that was happening for previous games.

The larger, overarching issue imo is Notre Dame priced out a significant portion of the population from season tickets. Cheapest is $1150. Even Clemson and Alabama offer season tix less than half that price.

I’m shocked this ends against Navy, and concerned about blowback for the series. But, since attendance woes are hitting up pretty much all of FBS, “death comes for us all” I guess?

Between ticket access (bundling, season ticket prices, secondary markets, etc.), kickoff time decisions, tv access, tv impact on the game day experience, and whatnot...nobody is immune. It will come for Nebraska, too.

Navy is off Notre Dame's schedule when Navy wants to be -- only. If Notre Dame is playing in front of 5 fans, they are playing Navy.
