Late comment . . . but I thought Ball State was much tougher and talented than I had expected. Their running game was strong and at times unstoppable. Their QB was effective. Their defense was quick and aggressive.

Broncos had to resort to a trick play and Wassink runs to pull this one out as well as some key defensive stops.

That Bronco win was a good won against a very capable Ball State team.

Go Broncos!!! Beat Ohio!!!

That was a quality W. Ball St was at the top of the standings and it wasn’t a fluke. May be Lester’s best win of his tenure?

BSU was as good as I figured. They've had a good running game when healthy for several years, and their QB was on-point most of this year, so no surprise. It was a KEY game. If they won, they'd basically go to the MACC. Thankfully, with the strength of a thousand field mice, we pulled out the victory.

We went for it on 4th down late, but GOT IT this time. :)

Definitely. Team kept fighting all game, something that we've been missing in mid-week games. Knew what was on the line.

6-3 GA St, 6-4 CMU, and 5-4 MU up there as well. Season ain't over yet, tho.
