I actually liked that one. I never really liked the players that were trampling over downtime like Godzllla though.
Probably my favorite...
Can’t believe how far graphics have come in a decade

FWIW, Penny picked out the video music and was involved in the editing this year.
I don’t think it was a big deal to anyone
This is a message and discussion board so some people shared their opinions of a nominal thing
As you did, expressing you don’t care about videos, but apparently care that people have minor opinions about videos
Cheer up, buttercup.
Apologies if I overstated what was my understanding of the importance of the video. I should remember that snowflakes are easily offended. I should have said I'm amazed that it is such a minor deal to anyone that threads get started about such. I mean to me it ranks right up with what's the blimp dropping this year. And as you said, it's a message board so, personal liberties and all that stuff.
I did conclude with the disclaimer, "whatever" - so I think that lets me off the hook about caring whether people have minor opinions.
Interesting. Everyone on my timeline loves this. I think this is the best intro vid I've ever seen. recruits will love this!!!! I was told that the fans were hyped when it came on last night. Must be in the eye of the beholder.

Yeah, the folks behind me were loving it. Four thirty-something black folks. They were screaming "rock it don't stop it" when the song said the words.
It has a real chance of being a crown fave with the "planet rock/don't stop" being yelled.
As a white dude who remembers this song and understands its importance as perhaps being the seminal rap/hip hop influence--it's going to get a great reaction.

I'm not sure 100% but I think they used his vetting from when he ran for POTUS

I just can't get into virtue signalling.
Most entertainers are scumbags. Jerry Lee, Elvis, Zep, Steve Tyler, Prince, Michael Jackson. Either borderline pedos, druggies, felons, or sing about those things.
If I have to not listen to music by singers with immoral/illegal behavior I'll be stuck listening to Amy Grant.

I am not a big fan of using this message board for Politics! This should be a safe space.
This new football intro has everything. A countdown. Calling out memphis and the 901. The visual is fantastic. The video and music hypes you up. A memphis rapper did a "memphis" remix of the rock classic "eye of the tiger", so it puts rock and rap together. The lyrics are great too. It literally screams memphis.
Imo, this intro video will be the one to beat for a long time.
This remix music is so good that i think it should forever be a part of our MEMPHIS TIGER music list and played at some point in all games.

How many eye of the tiger and theme to the space odyssey intro videos can one school produce (boring), all I care is what stands out to the players and recruits, I did like this video, my personal favorite!!!

Exactly. Only maybe 1 or 2 on this team are 21. These are kids having fun and they got a coach that can relate. It is a tough road changing the norm especially in an NCAA institution like basketball. but sit back and watch it is going to happen. A lot of eyes on this program!
