Auburn is the best place for him. He will be on a competitive team and will get lots of playing time. Those 2 things wouldn't be true at Memphis or Arky.

I hate to say this but he became less of a priority when we got Stokes. Don’t have room for both of them. 2 players very similar. Since we will have only 3-5 schollys next year we have to be very selective.

This is my thought as well.. but I don't get why he had to make the comments he did about Penny and The Wiseman situation... Even if he actually felt that way he didn't have to go there. This is what makes me think we either really cooled on or he was bothered by something.

We didn't cool on this dude. Penny was in his house Friday afternoon assuring him we're not in any NCAA trouble. Does that sound like we cooled on the dude. He was lied to by Auburn. Or perhaps the sweat hog provided other encouragement. Didn't anybody pick up on Penny's frustration with the NCAA after the game Saturday !? Here's Auburn ... Getting away with buying players ... While he's clean and up front and getting punished. It's not about losing out on an undersized 4 ... It's about what Auburn did to get him. AUBURN !!!
