If you’re smaller, the press is almost a necessity to wear out a bigger opponent that will push you around in the half court. Not always, but it offsets some of that difference. It’s why we were able to hang with Duke for a half and should’ve beat UVA.

Played them tough, but Florida is a mess right now with all the freshmen. We've seen that movie. Towson looked bigger than them and pushed them around. If the Tigers were a bit better offensively, they would have won that game.

Ok. Campbell just pressed and had great results against UNCW. If Towson is implementing the press, i'd be concerned when we play.

Entering the weekend, the CAA ranked # 5 in conference RPI. It's now down to # 13.

Early results suggest W&M, Delaware and NU are the potentially "legit" teams at the moment. W&M and Delaware are both 4-0. Northeastern is 2-2 but its against teams that are a combined 10-5 (.667). They play Davidson at home on Dec 7, which will be their next big non-conference test.

The jury is out on Charleston until we get more results. Losing by 19 at home to Oklahoma St was a big missed opportunity.

W&M plays @ Oklahoma tonight at 7.
