VCU beating LSU is neither an upset nor laughable. VCU is a high-major program.

As for VCU, they’d just squeaked by North Texas at home, so not surprising they dropped out of top 25, and a little surprised they beat LSU.

In other Rice News today, my Owls were down 20 at UCSB, but now back to within 2 points at 1:44 left in the half! Could be another laughable notable?!

And RICE outscored ‘em 55-34 in the second half for the ROAD WIN 82-81!!!

This team has a chance to become something special if they can put together 40 solid minutes....

Kentucky is taking the lessons they learned against Evansville to heart.

The lessons about having trouble with their buy games, apparently. Kentucky's beating Utah Valley 68-64 with 3:40 left in regulation.

Tonight, SMU beat Evansville @ Evansville 59-57. Outrebounded them 47-25.

SMU has a big game on Saturday @ UNLV. They win there, and they are 8-0 heading into home game with Georgetown.... Win there and then they have game @ Georgia....
