I just wanted to post in this thread to show off my new updated sig. Turn it up and carry on.

The one in my sig is better (imo) but here's an alt view version for those with sigs turned off. I think it's pretty cool to see our players and coach able to celebrate a game-winning kick as time ran out even if some of our fans have a hard time doing it.

That is pretty awesome. CLF is a gem.

You know what really sucks? Time changes suck. For some damned reason my eyes pop open at 3 am the day after every ******* year.

You need to add Fresno State to the 2009 list. The Bulldogs ran all over us with 290 yards to our 57 that game. The game was close 21-17 until the 4th quarter. I remember it being an extremely frustrating game.

2008 is the year that sticks out to me. That Hawaii game was brutal after clinching the BE title the week before. And I'd forgotten the Akron game until now. The other game not listed there was at UConn where we got crushed 40-16. UConn was decent that year but we didn't even show up that day.

A couple of us went up for that Akron game. It was brutal, and If I recall we were trailing fairly late into the 4th quarter.

Greg(?) Carey, a former QB from Elder who switched to defensive end, intercepted a pass at the line of scrimmage that preserved the win for UC after Fresno State had advanced to about the UC 15 yard line with about two minutes to go and with the chance to go ahead. Fresno had a RB whose name I cannot remember but he played about six years in the NFL and was both durable and a very,very good runner. Fresno always had good QB's as well.
