Do the numbers really suggest that he has been a top 10 qb this season?

Seriously, could he compete for a Heisman next year?

Lynch and Ferguson had bigger arms and could tuck and run, and that spoiled us, but this kid is probably a better quarterback than both. Arguably of course.
Not Riley Ferguson. He had -48 yards in his career at Memphis.

Brady makes Riley look like Gale Sayers.
But I'll give Brady this: He's stopped trying to do things which are not in his skill set. When he gets time (kudos to what Madden called "the big uglies") he is a lethal passer. Some of those touch passes to the sidelines were incredible.

I honestly think White could run some. He's always so hesitant and indecisive though. Not sure if he still is worrying about getting injured again.

23 TD's vs. 4 Interceptions.

05-nono

He is a very good college QB who can't run.

He is kinda cerebral.

NFL QB, I don't think so.

He has great playmakers around him.

He has a tendency to panic when pressured.

All that said his 4th down pass to keep the 4th quarter drive alive was perhaps his most impressive throw ever.

He got the job done last night on the biggest stage the Tigers have ever played on.

Just because someone is realistic about a players weaknesses doesn't make them a hater, no need to divide our fanbase.

I'm happy for him and Tiger nation this morning.

Kudos to Brady White for last night's performance, but make no mistake, he still wasn't the brightest shining Tiger last night.

Our playmakers seem to be breaking national records every week now.

Who knows if White plays in the NFL. He'll probably get a serious look but as far as college quarterbacks go, he's really good.

You could read Norvells lips to the ref saying "They were holding the damn running back" on the play.

It was a bogus call. One of many. But it did bring back memories of Burt Reynolds in the Longest Yard, with the nut shot.

Dear Lord right here is one. I've cussed this kid MULTIPLE times during games. But he damn sure shut me up tonight. Heck of a game. Played extremely well, and the most crucial of times. Great game young man!

Agree, he played great tonight.

Brady White earned his scholarship last night. Helluva game. Difficult to watch him make throw after throw.

BW has gotten better and played better. Because Norvell trusts him more, the offense is attempting and converting downfield shots. How many wide screens do we remember total from last 3-4 games? Those plays will work better now that defenses can’t play 11 within 8 yards of the LOS. And it’s because White is playing better.

I don't think it is trust in White is the reason we aren't throwing as many screens.

It is trust in the Offensive Line is the reason we are not running as many screens.

lol you guys will come up with anything to make yourselves right.

I always watch the time a QB has in the pocket--prolly 'cause it racks my gut to see a defenseless person get hurt.

So I can declare with full certainty that our Offensive Line is better.

Chris Fowler said before the game, that BW is phenomenal "under pressure". He quoted a 63% completion rate under pressure, and said that anything above 60% was elite. I have never heard this stat on BW.

Maybe the "bad under pressure" knock is a false narrative?

Last year early in the season a gentle breeze would knock him down. Much better this year at staying in the pocket under pressure. He still can't take a much of a hit and they are rolling him out more to give him time. He does need to secure the ball better when he's going down. Almost had a turnover because of that in the SMU game.

Hater is such an overused term. The word “hater” implies that certain posters wanted Brady to fail. I don’t believe that to be the case with many who questioned his abilities. I’m glad it hasn’t rained much (if at all) in our games this season. Hopefully that trend continues.

At any rate, I’m glad to see Brady playing well. I’m not sure we had a better option anyways.

That and he's no longer panicking when they bring pressure.
