I wonder if DW will start Sam Dunkum for the last home game. He is our only active senior. He only has seven minutes for the year, and if he does start, since the conference championship likely will be on the line, he probably wouldn't stay in very long. But that is a nice practice, even for walk-ons. Especially since Sam is a local kid.

Last year he started Dani Koljanin. He had played more minutes than Sam has, and had started six other games, but was ninth in minutes played.

Sam was a fairly highly recruited player out of High School. Injuries have curtailed him but he seems to be a great young man and from the minutes I have seen he would have gotten some minutes in most years. I would love for Darrell to start him in the last home game.
