Surprised to see no thread for the game. Anyone going? I gave my tickets to a buddy - trick'r'treat'n.
Game time is 6:00PM, and being streamed on BEARCATS TV.

Here's an interesting tidbit. Kevin Johnson is calling the game with Dan Hoard. I guess Kevin is trying to get a broadcasting career started. I wish him well..

Oh god, I opened this expecting to see Cincinnati giving Thomas More students half off tuition because their school closed like NKU just did for CCU students.

Well if we can't beat Dayton then I don't see much hope of beating Thomas More...

Gave mine away as well. Still deciding whether to head to cbus next Wednesday.

OT but I was hoping UC would buy that property for a regional campus on the west side, but speaking to one of my coworkers who has family on the faculty, Central Christian College (Missouri) has bought the property and will have a branch there.

With Halloween tonight, I don't expect much of a crowd at 5/3rd. Probably wouldn't hurt to throw the Thomas More students a bone at the game tonight (we're probably only talking about 250 people anyway).

Because no matter what time you plan a game on Beggers Night people with kids will be unable to attend.

Anyone know of a way to record or watch this at a later date?

Bearcats TV appears to show full replays of volleyball games on demand but I noticed that they only have audio for the women's basketball exhibition. Checking it appears that our full exhibition game against Tusculum last year is still on demand so I would think you will be able to watch a replay of tonight's game.

Dumb timing for this game, being Brannens first game. Bohn is usually more clued in on stuff like this, but I am assuming it will be a very sparse crowd.

I mean it is just an exhibition. It's not actually CJB's first game.

It's an exhibition against Thomas Moore. Nobody is purchasing tickets. Some seasons ticket holders will come, some won't, but honestly it's not a huge deal.

It’s an exhibition...In all the years I had tickets I went to...well, zero I think.

Too bad UC couldn't schedule a home opener before facing OSU on the road. That's a great matchup but with so many new faces and a new coaching scheme it would have been nice to have a game that counts before hitting the road to a hostile environment.

Then again, OSU had a new coach and opened in a hostile 5th/3rd last year and performed just fine. Maybe we can return the favor.

yep and Kevin does a great job. UC's lucky to have Hoard, Nelson, KJ and sometimes Tom Gelehter as our broadcasters.

probably hoping that fans leave after the bb game and attend the free women's final regular season/Senior night

I'm baby sitting my 91 yr old mother tonight. We both will be watching the bb game on gobearcats.com after plugging the laptop into her sony tv. She loves uc basketball on tv.

I'm kind of surprised that kids today really care about Halloween night. They get candy anytime they want today. Back in the 1950s and 60s it was biggest night of the year. Collecting a year supply of candy in just one night. haha
