This James Baker was former lead counsel of the FBI. He's the only guy from that Obama admin that went through the congressional hearings and said "yea, that fisa thing, it was really done in a weird way." The other James Baker is Col James Baker, head of the ONI. This is the guy that some highly suspect of being the Flynn/Kislyak leaker of classified info. As head of the ONI, he would have been the direct report for Joseph Mifsud.
