Anyone have a clue what to make of their results so far?

ESPN FPI, for those who put stock in that type of thing, says 74% chance for WMU. I don't think I'm that confident, but I'd say this should be a win at home.

Then again they did go to Ypsi and win, and of course had that beatdown of Toledo, who, granted, was on QB3.

FPI still loves us, relatively speaking. 62nd in the country, 24 spots ahead of the MAC's #2, Ball State. Has us as the favorites in the West right now.

The MAC is such a glorious mess this year.

I'm also worried that Plitt is hot enough right now to turn this into a shootout, and not sure Wassink is clicking enough to keep up.

We are playing at home, and hopefully team is determined to make up for that tough loss in Muncie a year ago.

Midweek home games haven't been so kind to us lately. Hope the team puts that behind them this year.

Will be different than the Saturday home games and there will be no crowd, but hope you are right.

Ohio best us last year with glaring mental mistakes on offense and special teams. Toledo beat us at home because being afraid of their WRs was baked into the gameplan (why we killed GAST this season). I hope we learn those lessons and get in Plitt’s face early and often. No turnovers on our part and three sacks should equal a win.

I also think the FPI is a little too high on us right now until I see our offense open up again.

This game is obviously our whole season. If we can't get up and beat Ball State at home, we had no business being in the hunt to begin with. I gotta believe we'll finish off our undefeated season at home!

Thankfully, the Bronco D can step up at home, and has. And, after having the D of a drunken freshman sorority girl @EMU -- they are put in position to Step Up.

I expect WMU to step up. Unfortunately, BSU is going to want to protect their MAC West lead and they're coming off a loss, so they'll be hungry. But on the road where we're undefeated and we're wanting to make up for a Disappointing loss.

I give WMU the angle on this one.

I watched the Toledo - Ball State highlights. They were able to run the ball right down their throats. It makes me concerned but I think our defense steps up for this one.

I hope the indoor tailgate puts a few fanny's in the seats too. Good idea -- especially with the weather not looking particularly promising.

Concerned, but think it's more likely we blow them out then them blow us out.

Can still play for a MAC title. The team's really got to come out and play to win all game; past couple years have fallen flat on our face in pivotal games.

Ball State is 2-0 in road conference games with wins at Northern Illinois and at Eastern Michigan.

If only we had beat EMU, we'd be sitting so good rn

EMU is shaping up to be this years BSU loss from last year....

I just hope we can keep our home momentum going this Tuesday against BSU...

D decides this game. BSU wasn't expected to have the offensive weapons it has developed so far. Hot QBs in the MAC are lethal. Most MAC teams don't have the secondary play to shut them down. WMU D needs to play it's best game and gain confidence going to another offensive minded team at Ohio.
