Broncos win 49 to 10

The defense gave up just 266 yards and 10 points. I'll take that any day of the week.


College football is crazy and anything can happen. Kansas State is currently taking #5 Oklahoma to the woodshed. Wisky is getting blown out by Ohio State. I hope our fanbase is happy this week after the team did what it was supposed to do.

Still will be some "fans" downplaying this big win and pizzed we lost last week and confident we won't get past 6-6.

Bowling Green is bad. If acknowledging that is "downplaying this big win" then you got me.

I don't know how many times we have to go through this. I'm happy we took care of business against a clearly inferior team. I'm not going to pretend that means we're over the hump to becoming contenders.

That said I was not able to watch any of this particular game, so I will not pretend to have drawn any real conclusions.

Yep. BG is awful. You didn't have to watch the game to figure it out. Lol.

With the win, TL improves to 18-16, and 2-0 vs BGSU.

How in the heck did BG beat Toledo? You look at the MAC standings, only one team has a winning record on the road, that is Ball State at 2 and 1. I DO NOT see them beating us in Kalamazoo. The last two road games though...dicey.

Nobody should really have a complaint at how we played this game. We can acknowledge BG is awful, but that doesn't take anything away from what the Broncos did. They beat BG up physically on both sides of the ball.

Hayward is a wrecking ball. Glad he stayed after the coaching switch.

Beat BGSU like a Big 10 team would.
