After next season, he will be able to to go. If he has 6 or 7 more games this year like he's been having and 12 or 13 next year, I guess he'll go. Maybe there won't be sufficient interest and he would come back for a 3rd full season, but I don't count on that situation.

Oh, it would be great from our standpoint to get 4 full seasons from him, but I figure there is little chance for that.

Hey, I see a lot of Henderson in Gainwell, too.02-13-banana

Or, you could have explained your extremely poorly worded post and moved on with life.

RE: Is a Freshman that has played 11 career games the best Tiger ever?
So far, Gainwell reminds me of a more productive version of Tony Pollard, and I mean that as a compliment. I am a huge TP fan. He might have the best NFL career of the guys he played with (Anthony Miller, Darrell Henderson) because of his versatility. He didn’t put up the numbers he likely would have if he was getting the ball as much as Gainwell. But Gainwell also doesn’t have to compete for touches with Miller and Henderson, so it works to his benefit.

Gainwell was all over the field last night. They had him at RB, in the slot and running the wildcat a few times. He’ll be hard to scheme against because he can line up just about anywhere. Hard to compare him to DeAngelo and Isaac Bruce because they played in different eras of football and were true one position players.

What I do know is Gainwell is incredibly fun to watch. He’s a big time playmaker and worth the price of admission. We are lucky we get to see him play in person for at least another year.

Brady White had a good game. I still don’t like him, but he had a good game and made some nice throws.

I did notice on his one TD pass late in the second quarter that Gainwell was in the slot and attracted a ton of attention. The safety cheated down to double him with the backer and that left the wideout one on one. Brady still had to make the throw, but he should be buying Ken Heisman a milkshake.

Something named Tubbyball saying someone else's life sucks and consoling them. That is even funnier than when you were defending him and calling everyone idiots.

its amazing how good our QB can look when the O line does its job for an entire game.

Gainwell is currently 6th in the NCAA with 830 yards, but on only 113 carries. The leader has 1265 yards, but has done it on 194 carries.

And he didn't start the first game.04-cheers

He leads the nation in yards per carry with at least 100 carries
