RE: Is
The only difference between this year and last is a couple of plays. This year and last, Wofford soundly beat us but besides that every game was close. Things seem to just be evening out.

RE: Is
I think the answer to this is that we weren't nearly as good as what the record showed last year, and we aren't as bad as the record shows this year. I don't think it is much more complicated than that. For sure, I don't think we lose against VMI or UTC this season if we weren't playing a third string quarterback.

So, the young man Thrasher must have been injured more than is mentioned. We were counting on his college experience to pay dividends? Will he get any snaps this season? Is he that much better than our current “third string” guy? If Mitchell is replaced, is that good for next year?

These are great questions for the press conference tomorrow. Media members should ask these important questions. They can do do respectively without sounding combative. Thrasher, Couch. These are players that were expected to be high contributors but we have seen little. We just need answers.

RE: Is
What scheme?

Bucs have plenty of playmakers but they are hardly ever put in position to show their talent. 1st down run, 2nd down run and sometimes on 3rd down, pass, is not a scheme.

Anyone that watched the last two offensive series in the UTC game, saw the Sanders scheme that has been witnessed in every game and its led to losing games against inferior teams. Its broke the defense and sunk the season.

It wont matter if Tom Brady was throwing the Ball and Bill was calling the plays. When you drop balls that hit you between the numbers or jump cut into a nonexistent hole, your offense will stutter. The QB is not the issue. His confidence is still good, considering the obscene number of balls that get dropped. And it seems this bug is contagious. It is spreading. Couple of caught balls and we could very easily flip this win loss record.
