Stopped reading at the “this is probably the 300th” impeachable act by Trump line. That told me right there the guy is a crack pot on this issue.

Anything that is a political procedure is far from "clearly" anything.

They can't have a vote. If it passes it's over. Will then move to the Senate and the House(Dems) will no longer have control of the narrative.
