It's mind boggling that someone can't comprehend that Mexico increasing border security in in fact actually helping the US build the wall. The less money the US has to put into rounding up illegals the more money goes towards the wall. Mexico paying for it's own security actually is paying the US to build the wall. I guess some folks were thinking the Mex govt was going to write a check? I guess that is what the MSM has been telling them.
