Both of ours (at UTSA and vs. USM) are at the end of our regular season schedule.

LA Tech's only loss was at Texas.
USM's only 2 losses were at Alabama and at Miss State.

Have been to Ruston the last couple times we’ve played y’all. Excited to have another Rivalry in Dixie matchup be pivotal to both teams.

It’s a daytime matchup - so any recommendations for dinner Friday, breakfast/brunch/beer Saturday and food on our way to the Casinos in Shreveport Saturday evening?

So jazzed for this game.... This will have flavors of the 2015 game, except this time I think Tech will live up to its end of the bargain.

The 2015 team that got run over was certainly the better than this year's team. They just came out and laid an egg, and Southern Miss played to their full potential. That game could have been so much better. Lest we forget, Tech had SEVEN turnovers in that game.

Id give the 2019 Tech team one edge over the 2015 team based on the intangibles. JMar has looked like a real leader all season, the team has protected the football, and they've shown a bit of toughness in adversity.

JMar's running ability scares me, but he doesn't scare me as a passer. Our defensive backs are definitely the weakest link to this team on defense and our run game is the weakest on offense.

Holtz has let JMar run a whole lot more this season. It's been nice to finally see his running used as a real weapon.

The USM passing defense did seem a little suspect in the UNT game. Likewise, our pass D has been exposed a couple times this year.
