Yes, but I think you have to participate in the Beer Fest. I bought my beer tickets to receive a TJ Lang cup on Nov 2.

RE: Game Week: WMU (under the lights)
Quote:Gonna have to win the turnover battle by at least 2 to win this game. Glass will also have to be excellent, and KEEP the ball on some zone read runs to keep the defense off balance.

Bad News (for EMU):
- WMU is ranked high in the nation on the turnover battle. Uphill battle on that for EMU.
- WMU's D has stepped up surprisingly well. The turnover battle winnings help that.

Good News (for EMU):
- WMU has been demonstratably bad on the road. No team's going to win the turnover battle for Each game. Decent chance WMU doesn't win it this time (or tie).

- Wassink, WMU's QB has been nursing a mild injury and it shows. Thank GAWD WMU's D has stepped up, as WMU's O has been out of sync lately because of said injury. WMU HC says it's getting better, but he's the HC. Who knows.

- EMU's QB matches up well against WMU's D. EMU is not going to be short-changed on points.

It being in Ypsi, it won't be an "upset" if EMU wins. I'm tempted to bet on this game, thinking WMU won't cover the 9pt spread (or even lose). WMU has the potential to Solidly win. Or lose.

Haven’t seen us play in a while, have you? 9 points isn’t big enough.

I'm surprised that spread isnt larger. This might be a real ugly game for EMU

WMU is the favorite but I expect the game to be competitive either way.

Lot of parity in the MAC. I don't see a lot of double digit point spreads unless the underdog is really bad.

He would have had a win if it wasn't for that stupid block in the back penalty two years ago. What was that wide receivers name again? Took a game winning td away from Sexton.

The idiots name was Aristilde. The really wild thing is that the clipping penalty would have resulted in a spot foul situation resulting in EMU still having the ball deep into WMU territory, but WMU roughed Roback at the line of scrimmage and as a result we returned to our 20 yard line, due to offsetting fouls. Kind of a Detroit Lion officiating thing.

Only 2 things going for us:

We're 'due' for a W against the Broncos, especially after the Aristilde debacle.

Mike Glass @ QB

Big shocker if we somehow get the W

Does anyone have 3 tickets they want to sell for tonight's game? My family and I will be making the quick trip from Plymouth. Hoping for a great game!

Like in the bowl game that cost us the W...we may have had him overrated when we were calling him Russell Wilson and Kyler Murray-- just like when we called Reggie Bell Vince Young.

That's what ZERO run game, and a bad OC gets you!

Just think how terrible this team would be without him! 1 win maybe?

I still think Glass is a damned good QB. Quite a few of those INT's were third down deep 50/50 throws that in essence served as punts.

A few of those INTs were the product of forcing the ball into coverage when he should've just thrown it away. But I agree with E'Tough in that the true root cause is the offensive system being built around the pass.

Without Glass this team could be 0-6! When you average less then two yards a carry, and have a coach, and OC who will not change, Glass has to pass 80 percent off the time which allows a defense to win a lot of the time! I want E Mich to pull over a huge upset, but this will be really tough! W Mich is better then CCSU, C Mich, and Ball St by a mile talent wise!
