He missed a lot of receivers! I want to see others! Rusty or not, he makes me nervous.

I am not either. Wonder if that is why we ran so many screens. He looked bad out there. Concerning moving forward for sure. His passes to targeted receuvers were off the mark also

Guys, there was a lot of wind yesterday, and it affected both QBs, IMO. We'll see how he does against BUGS this week.

He’s not going to make us forget Cooper Rush, or DL, with that type of play.
However, if we can continue to run the ball the way they have, it probably won’t matter if all we throw are screen passes.

However, our defensive backfield (while I know they are young and inexperienced) cannot continue to lose opposing wrs and leave them totally alone. That has GOT to stop.

There’s always wind at Doyt, whether it’s present or not! It’s right next to the freeway and no phhucking trees!

I agree Hawks, the dB coach isn’t doing his job, and the Akey-Breakey defense runs hot and cold —- not good!

I think the opponent had a lot to do with it. They seemed flat and a bit uninspired. Also perhaps a wee bit of the letdown factor following a blowout of emu. I expect a better performance once mac play resumes next week at bg

THIS. Tough to get up for an 0-6 non-conference opponent, maybe. I actually noticed we let up a little after going up 2-3 scores yesterday. It wasn't a terrible defensive performance, but it could have been better.
