Yep! We may be mediocre to awful in Football this year. But, FloTrack has the MT Mens' Cross Country Team ranked #8 in the Country. With the MCC Athlete of the Year running for the Raiders, maybe we can end up winning something in 2019-20. Anybody else in CUSA got a shot to shine on the National stage in any Olympic Sports this year?

Very cool. Are they running barefoot? That might be the secret.

clt says soccer and golf are in the Olympics and we are awesome at both!

I don't think Chemadi or the other dudes are runnin' barefoot; not sure. Guess I need to do a little more research. Don't think any of our guys are actually from Kenya either. But, we definitely have some kind of pipeline to the African Runners. Think Coach Hayes has used his Olympic Coaching experience to MT's recruiting advantage.

ODUs field hockey team is ranked #20 right now.

Rice Volleyball is ranked #9 in the RPI and has knocked off #3 Texas.




And our curling team lost some seniors but has a good chance to be solid again.

So. We can all take some comfort. While we are the worst FBS Conference and won't sniff a Top 25 or New Year's Day Bowl invite AGAIN; CUSA is RELEVANT in all those sports where nobody else cares.
