Crosby
Just watched Crosby get his first career sack.
He was pretty big on the whole drive.
Good to see Eagles doing well in the NFL.

Keith, my thoughts exactly. He plays a lot and he does have an incredible motor, he never takes a play off. I got the impression that Gruden considered him a project that needed to bulk up and would likely not play a whole lot this year. Instead he is making a rather large impact in the present, great for him and good for EMU recruiting.

Dear Friends,
Let's not forget Andrew Wylie who is starting left guard for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was playing well Sunday night, but got hurt in the third quarter. I don't know if he got back into the game, or if it might be a more serious injury.

Jackson currently free agent:

Dallas Cowboys (third stint)
On October 9, 2018, Jackson was signed to the Dallas Cowboys practice squad.[15] He was promoted to the active roster on December 22, 2018.[16] Overall, in the 2018 season, he had six carries for 16 yards, all of which came in the regular season finale against the New York Giants.[17]

On August 30, 2019, Jackson was released by the Cowboys, then re-signed to the practice squad on September 11.[18] He was released on September 16.

Indianapolis Colts
On September 20, 2019, Jackson was signed to the Indianapolis Colts practice squad, but was released four days later.[19][20]

I knew he would excel at whatever he endeavored to do on the football field, as I saw him play the last 3 years. If he were converted to outside linebacker, I knew he would be great as well, some athletes just won't accept not being successful and Maxx is one of those. Honestly he would be a great tight end if he were directed to do so.

I'm sure that you are bursting with pride as you should be. EMU should be as well, I hope they plant his photo prominently in the recruiting room.

As a Raiders fan, I did NOT want them to draft him, way too skinny, saw him get overpowered at times at Eastern. He has put on some weight, still needs work. He needs to keep working, getting a little bit cocky for a rook with 1 career sack. Keep working. Pat O'Connor is a damn beast. I wish the Lions would've kept him.

It's sad how some people are so jealous and intimidated by you that they only have negative things to say when they know absolutely nothing about you.

I feel good about my 'scouting' abilities. I was PMing ETough for say two years that I thought Maxx could go in say the 2nd or 3rd round.

Nope....I was the one who created a thread stating Maxx would be a top 1-3 round pick. Just go back and look at the threads from last year. Heck Maxx would have been a 2nd Rd pick if he stayed his senior year. Besides ETough who is too humble to comment on Max's draft projection, it was yours truly who brought out the thread. It was easy to see that Maxx would be at the next level based on his skill and motor:-)

Who recruited Maxx? Was it Bullough(sp?). BTW Bullough was a pretty darn good DL coach. We miss his coaching!!!
Now if we could have Maxx play on Saturdays :-)

Ironically it was McCaslin, who had the TX territory at the time. Sadly/stupidly, I'm not sure they even recruit TX anymore. Would think they'd be here even stronger after having pretty good luck the 1st time.

Maybe YOU should join the staff as our TX recruiter Lucky! 04-cheers

As you know recruiting is all about relationships. They seem to be focusing more on recruiting Oklahoma with Nunez and his connections. Neathery has the Texas lineage, is he not as involved in the recruiting process?
