Georgia (SC will put up a fight early---maybe. But second half will belong to Georgia).

Mississippi State (could be an upset though. State has gotten mediocre with some sloppy play).

Alabama. (But a tighter road game than anticipated--perhaps).

Vanderbilt (but they could struggle in game).

Missouri (but QB situation makes it questionable).

Kentucky (their house).

LSU (has that feel).

We struggled mightily to not lose to a team that lost to SJSU

Bet the farm on Bama. This one will be over with halfway through the 2Q

Georgia did nothing that would indicate that they deserved to win that game. It may have come down to overtime but South Carolina outplayed the Dogs the whole game.

RE: Week 7 SEC Games
At Mississippi State, Moorhead is trying to run a Big 10 offense with a Rutgers defense. Exceedingly long counts with the QB running up and back from the line, is inviting blitzing which Tennessee did. Up the tempo. Why not give UT milkshakes and hotdogs between plays? Not good blocking and tackling, fundamentals that are deficient.
Mississippi State is racing to be the SEC cellar dweller. Vanderbilt will have company.

At least the earlier struggling SEC teams are trying to show improvement.

I bet Gamecock's feet haven't touched the earth since this afternoon! I got a laugh out of watching one of the Carolina players snip a branch off the hedges as a trophy. I still think the Bulldogs will win the East this year.04-cheers

You're so modest, which is one of your virtues. You failed to mention that Missouri now leads the East.

As to Georgia, they are going to struggle with Florida, and they may find themselves in quite a fight with Auburn. I think the Florida / Missouri winner wins the East.

Hogs need to find a QB who can play four quarters. Starkle couldn’t complete a pass for two quarters. This was supposed to be a must win game to show progress. Now Coach Chad Morris’ seat is getting hot.

Well, time to get murdered by Auburn next week

UK won a game with a WR playing QB. A gutsy move by Stoops IMO. I also loved to way the Vols played. Garauntano actually let it fly today

Missouri actually is ineligible for the postseason pending an appeal, so it's still likely to be the UF/UGA winner.

If Georgia has to have another Richt--Smart style, traditional choke game, please don't let it be vs Dan Mullen.

Missouri is under appeal. But, I'm not sure that the prohibition would keep them from playing in a CCG, just from a bowl appearance. One is governed under the Conference and the other the NCAA.

Missouri's post season ban is under appeal. That said, I'm not sure if the NCAA has the authority to keep them out of the CCG which is under the auspices of the Conference. They do have the authority to keep them out of a bowl or the CFP.

True dat. Waiting on the appeal. If we lose this appeal, I doubt any school will ever self-report, self-sanction, or actively work with the NCAA investigation. We got hosed. Can Missouri still be considered the East champion although the #2 team would move on to the CCG?

Postseason bans apply to CCGs as well.

Big Ten had it happen to them in 2012 when both Ohio State and Penn State were ineligible. Also Auburn in 1993

I am not sure how that works to be honest. The only examples I can think of are Auburn and Ohio State, and I'm not sure if either claims the title for that year.
