Agree. I was so mad about having to park by the "looks-to-be-new Rec/IM softball complex. I thought it would be difficult to get tp our seats, but it looked like just the CCSU game in the stands.

Wonder if it's within NCAA rules to make the parking lots part of the stadium. Charge each person $5 to enter the lot then give them a $5 voucher towards a game ticket. If a person already has a game ticket then they don't pay the $5. Then count every one in the lots in the game attendance.

Lol at those complaining about parking.

It’s homecoming. You have to get there early to find a space.

The black sororities and fraternities take tremendous pride in partying during the game. I saw many former letter winners among that crowd.

Students not going into the game happens everywhere, including Michigan State and bigger schools.

Campus life at EMU is already terrible and to make it harder for students to park, enjoy or attend games would be laughable.

I go into every game and days like yesterday I would have had a better time staying in the parking lot.

If they charged for parking I would be taking my season ticket for my Dad elsewhere.

my car was blocked in on my way out which was pretty lame. they could maybe get some attendents to organize things i guess?

'Nickle, I like your thinking although it would be complicated.

I like the idea of free parking lot admittance with a game ticket. Or a voucher to purchase a ticket.

HOWEVER, there are many, many attendees who do not purchase tickets.

E.g., students, those with comps including recruits and their families, guests of the FB or athletic department, etc.

The most obvious is students. A student could flash their pass to enter the parking lot but no guarantee they are going to the game. They may simply want to party in the parking lots. As far as those attending, players, band, cheer and dance teams, game day staff, etc. etc.

My idea: $5 per car parking fee but the driver gets a $5 voucher redeemable at the concession stands.

What I'm really saying is find a way to count those that tailgate but do not attend the game in the game attendance. Yesterday there were hundreds of them.

Back before the convocation center was built people used to party on "the hill". Eventually the athletic department fenced that area in and those in the party area counted toward attendance, even though they weren't actually in the stadium.

If we played as a team with same intensity as we did the last 3 minutes the entire game we may have won

Nickle I am once again with you except I would make the charge and voucher $15. You wanna just party in the lot, we have a $15 cover charge for that. You and your three buddies wanna dance, smoke weed and ignore the football game? Fine, you can come in four cars and pay $60 cumulatively or carpool and save yourselves money and EMU can save parking spots as well. Truthfully the homecoming game is the only time we would need to implement such a policy. Demand pricing is a strategy used everywhere, time for EMU to do so as well.

Guys! It's one day a year. IF WE WIN, they come. We continue to lose and be boring, this is what continues to happen.

Anybody see CC post game interview, a whopping 3 minutes.

His answers are short and he seems to snap at the interviewer, which we all know are EMU staff. Not a side of CC I have ever seen before.

I think he's short, because he realizes the schedule is harder coming up W Mich, At Toledo, At N Illinois, and the team doesn't have all the pieces to win consistently!!!!!! We can't stop the run, zero pressure on a teams QB, and we can't run the ball period! But, what has he done differently? ZERO.........Grissom, and Mackey don't play much, and no one else can consistently run the ball!!!!! Our DL is not athletic off the edge.........

Jeff I was astounded by his terse statements as well. The "flush this week" and move on comments were notably absent. He did focus on third down conversions, which I felt was far more important than two of Glass's interceptions, which were in effect poor punts. They ran the ball, we didn't and it hurt especially on third down.

I think Chris, like us all expected to be 5-1 or 4-2 at this point, and it showed in the interview. This season is not over but I don't like I'm seeing from the usually optimistic head coach right now.

Jerry, I agree he thought he would be 5-1, or 4-2, but it's 10000 percent on him! He's being outcoached a lot lately.....and his in game adjustments are non existent as well! Lack of playing true playmakers are his decisions...….He's way too conservative in his approach about everything as well! Creighton is starting to get into Rob Murphy territory as a coach with his ability to change the culture, but not get up the hill, and win a MAC championship!!!!!!

Insanity.....doing the same thing over & over and expecting a different result.

If history is any indication, don't expect many changes, scheme/play calling/personnel wise.

He’s mad because his program has peaked.

If only the Orlando Magic would offer him a scouting position.

To be honest I don't think we played the badly. I thought we were pretty much an even match up. except for our lack of a running game (as always it seems) and our defense not pressuring their QB.It was a very entertaining frustrating game to watch. The game wasn't over until the last play.

this season is over. the only game left on the schedule i feel good about is akron. start playing underclassmen so they can get some reps. put hutchinson (or the other qbs) out there and get him some game action. lets see some more rotation on the offensive line. the more experience those guys get this year the better off we'll be next year.
