good observation. a lot of it depends on down and distance ex if u need 10 yrds and u make ur break a 12 to come back to 11 to meet the ball and it's not there u don't wanna keep coming back and have no chance for the 1st down. Most of the time u are taught one goes to sideline one comes back towards an and one goes deep, but u never know where the qb is going so it's not a exact science. And most of the time when SS scrambles he's in run mode and not looking to throw
