It’s tough to blame the defense when the offense has nothing but 3-5 play drives. I haven’t looked at the stats, but I wouldn’t be shocked if Rice had the ball for 18-20 mins in the first half.

Another nearby lightning strike so we have to wait at least another 30 minutes. Just looking at the radar, there is a line of storms stretching almost as far south as Montgomery slowly working its way north with the next lightning producing cell currently in alabaster and projected to get here in about 30 minutes.
