I expect MT to beat us. And to those talking about possibly going from Doc to a Snyder, I'm not convinced that Snyder was really that much worse than Doc. Doc has a few more wins, sure, but Doc has also had an easier schedule year in and year out than what Snyder faced. I don't fear firing Doc and getting Snyder since we basically have him already. :-) If I was a betting man I'd put my money on MT...not because MT is very good, but we are going to end up being really bad I'm afraid. Seeing how poorly we played against Cincy, and with a bye week to prepare, just destroyed the small shred of hope I had in this team and coaching staff. I'm pretty much done with Marshall football as long as Doc is roaming the sidelines.

I am so apathetic about MT athletics right now, thank the Lord I'm a STL Cardinal fan. Stockstill should have walked away with Brent. I used to tailgate every weekend, clear my calendar to watch a game on a bootleg online feed, etc. Now I look up at a TV from a restaurant table and see utter desecration by a good Iowa team and casually ask my kid to pass the BBQ sauce. We are bad, but worse than bad, I see no hope. For the first time since 1999, I feel nothing when we lose, that is apathy. If it was my wife, we'd seek counseling.

Well, Marshall did beat Teddy Bridgewater and Big East co-champion Louisville that same year on their field... so we did beat 2 conference champions and a bowl game that year.

You did, and congrats for that, but I won’t bring up the losses and scores of them.

As you know, Marshall didn't win that game against USM that year. Vinny Curry and an insane game from our punter won that game.

They did have great games...

CBSSN took this game with their Tier 1 picks but put it on Facebook instead of the real channel. Same as the Cinci game last week.

Maybe next time Judy can negotiate a "no Facebook" clause.
