We pumped up our W/L with games against Aquinas, Alma and Kalamazoo College. Hardly stellar competition.

I sure don't see many wins in the MAC, but I lack the PROFOUND insight of many of you pundits. Nevertheless, I will stick with my pre-season prediction of 12 wins. That means 5 wins out of the next 18 games.

Hope I'm wrong-if so you can all have a laugh at my expense at the end of the season. But if it's only by a couple of games, it'll be a hallow laugh.

Maybe we can add Hillsdale and Albion to next year's schedule?

We don't have a winning record according to the NCAA's official rankings. They only count D1 games.

Most (if not all) other MAC teams played multiple non-D1 games as well. Records not super relevant and comparable at this point.

Interesting list-
Shows Akron, Kent, BG, Ohio, Miami & WMU have all played 2 non-D1 teams.
CMU has played 3 non-D1 and EMU has played 4 non D1 teams.

Every MAC team has already played atleast 1 regular season non-D1.

Interesting to note from the above link that 6 of the B10 teams have lost every road game so far.
Only MSU & Iowa have winning road records.

Feeling lack-luster towards WMU athletics (basketball rockbottom, hockey .500 & on pace to miss Tourney, football below expectations) but friends invited me to the games tomorrow. One of them is moving to Detroit so not sure how often I'll see him anymore so am going. Men vs Ohio, Women vs Toledo. Tomorrow. Double-header.
