If UNT fans are anything like Western fans the older ones will stick with North Texas while younger fans UNT. If the school would rather the media go with UNT then North Texas is not right for the floor.

I personally dont care what any floor looks like....it's the rafters that I like seeing updated yearly.

There's no question (in my mind) S. Miss has the worse arena (UTSA is a gym) that badly needs updating from the floor to the ceiling and all points in-between. But when its packed or 75% full its loud. I was there when Western loss to S. Miss, I believe the year before Western join CUSA and it was rocking, as loud as Diddle in the old days. That is loud.

That place would get insane at Memphis games.

Hattiesburg increased restaurant/hotel taxes to raise money to help improve our arena. Maybe a remodel in 5 years. Hoping.

Winning cures all. If we can start winning more then more people will show up and the more money will flow in. We need the attendance we had during the 11-14 seasons.

I really dig the new court. I wish our seat color matched a more current shade of North Texas green though. The Super Pit is VERY dark. Brightening up the seats would help a lot IMO.

I like a lot of the courts in CUSA.

Louisiana Tech's and Old Dominion's courts are bright and look nice on TV.
Florida International's is unique and thematic for the school's location.
UTEP's pickaxes look awesome.

UTSA's gymnasium is the only other CUSA basketball facility I have been to in person. The court design is fine but it's no secret that they need a new building asap.
