Unfortunately, most people do not want to sit in a steady rain or storm to watch NIU play Ball State. This is why NIU needs to count tickets sold in attendance rather than butts in seats. They can't control the weather.

The way every other team does.

At least the forecast I’m looking at shows dry up until 1 pm, then 50-60 percent chance of rain at, with a total of 0.15 inches of rain which is enough to want your rain gear for but not a washout like getting an inch.

My 8 year old and 4 year old granddaughters hung in there for four quarters in the rain against ISU and are asking when they can go to see another HUSKIE game. It is tough for us as I live in Ohio and they live in Wisconsin so the stars do not always align. If you dress properly for it rain is not so bad.

that late 1st qtr/early 2nd quarter maybe rain onset, Huskies are cursed. Not tons amount of rain like others have said, but it just looks like bad timing right now.

Checking the radar...Iowa & Wisconsin getting the heavier amounts of rain.
Looks like it’s a narrow band that will reach us sometime.

Sun’s coming up now! It’s Game Day02-13-banana04-cheers

Hurricane force winds during tailgate and torrential rain during the game. What a day.

You realize climate change means more wild swings in weather. . .well, exhibit A.

Of course it's waaaaaay toooo early to have an accurate forecast.
