901 FC 2020
Have to wonder how much of the core they will have returning next season.
While playoffs are still mathematically possible it really isn't likely to happen.
Trail both Birmingham and Charleston by 5 points with 4 games to go. Those two go head to head this weekend. Best case scenario would be a tie which would put 901 FC 6 points behind with 4 to play. Which means 901 FC would need two wins and a tie in their final 4 games to make the playoffs and that is if both Birmingham and Charleston lose the remaining three games on their schedule.

RE: 901 FC 2020
I know it's been a bit of a struggle on the field but they have got hot the last month or so. As for the business side, they've done great. They're 9th in average attendance in a 36 team league plus having AutoZone Park in use on 15 Saturday's when the Redbirds are on the road has been a huge success bringing all those folk downtown for a game. They put on a great game presentation. I'm not a huge soccer fan but I have enjoyed watching the games on ch 30. Anytime you can hear Pete Pranica call a game it's worth it. It'll be interesting to see if there's any kind of drop off next season. The owner, Craig Unger, is abit of a penny pincher. Some of his Redbirds cutbacks have hurt their attendance slightly.
As for 901, I expect coach Mulqueen to be back. Changing coaches is always something of a setback in any professional sport. Maybe a little continuity will get a few more W's next season. After Saturday's 5-0 win, it looked like he was going after the other coach. I thought he was going to pull a Mike Singletary. I've never seen a coach so mad after a big win. Anybody know what this was about?

Bethlehem played a lot of mind games even before the game started and had their fair share of cheap shots. After things blew up then the cheap shots got more blatant.
Never in my life have I ever seen a team bring a tape measure to measure the size of the field before a match.
