And time management issues (bad challenges, substitution issues forcing timeouts, etc.) too. Both teams are playing close games - but the Texans to their credit have pulled out a couple of late wins. Rice has not.

I say Texans because I think they are squandering more talent. But watching the Texans game today, I was struck by how similar I felt about both.

Also, I think Rice is getting better. I don't think Texans are.
