In today’s WSJ there are two unflattering reviews of Wm&Mary and Central College aka UVA. During his time at Wm & Mary, dueling was rampant. Hell raisers went so as to demolishing the interior of Briton Parish smearing human waste everywhere. Get the picture?
Jefferson did his best to cut back on the dueling. He thought the rural setting and climate, in contrast to malarial Tidewater, would calm things at Central. Not much luck.
Fast forward; maybe there’s a trace of this crazed behavior available to the Tribsters vs Albany and boys from Central vs ND?
