NCSU beats ranked Pitt @ Heinz field.

Who'd'a thunk it.

Pitt played very poorly today. They had over 100 yards in penalties. They also had some very suspect play calling that left a lot of points on the field. The refs did us no favors but Pitt beat themselves today.

NC St looked more prepared to play at the game"s beginning. Pitt again played to their perceived level of the opponent. It is a double edged sword. We get some big upsets but also lose games like this .

Virginia Tech Hokies down 21 players, including entire two-deep at cornerback

Hendon Hooker still out and VT manages to squeak out a win against Duke.

One of the things that pisses me off about Dabo is the fact that he doesn't have a mean streak. The damn French were celebrating like they won the Super Bowl after their first team offense scored on our twos. 1:11 left, three timeouts, and plus field position after recovering an onside kick I would have sent a message.

I think that was for disinfecting the seats at Duke stadium... can't be too careful!

We don't do bus rides very well. That probably sounds lame but we have never stood around well waiting for the game to start. It's happened at Syracuse and at WF before. Not that we took the bus to Syracuse, but the game was delayed and we just seem to take a full quarter to start.

We would have probably beaten you last week if we had started Leary at QB.

The game at Pitt would not have been close except for the 10 point turnaround on the Pick 6 called back for a solid hit on the QB.

We had massive injuries to starters last year so we are better than people think. Having said that I don't know how we will screw the pooch and lose to Duke, but it would not surprise me.
