I just happened to tune into the flo stream... that was crazy. I didnt seem like they can throw the ball.

CAA Week 5 games
Should I read anything into the fact that Florida shut out Tom Flacco and company? I know they’re the #9 team in the country (UF) but shouldn’t a prolific offense like Towson supposedly be able to score against ANY team?
I feel that this poor come from behind performance by SB should make next week look less daunting, but SB is that weird program where they can bring their A game against us but look just average in all of their other games.
Expect Chuck Priore to put his foot in his mouth again this week.

I would be more surprised if it were against a more pedestrian P5 defense. Those top defenses from the SEC (e.g. Alabama, UGA, UF) would shut out pretty much every FCS offense if they wanted to. Maybe more importantly though, I would imagine Towson took every measure to protect Flacco, which probably meant only implementing the short passing game and avoiding any QB run stuff. With the injuries they have endured already this season, I would imagine their only priority on the offensive side of the ball was to keep the QB clean, even if it meant getting shut out. Towson is still one of the top offensives in the conference (although in a year where CAA offensives have been pretty unimpressive).
