RE: Spartacus dropping out?
Good bye and good riddance. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.
Now if we can only get rid of Bernie the Commie and Fauxcohontas and Kamala the Slut.

RE: Spartacus dropping out?
I am somewhat bothered by a lot of this process and here is why.
These people throw their name out there and “run” for president. In this case there 24 or 25 people looking for 1 spot. Who is advising most of these morons? Did Spartacus really think he had a shot - I mean really?
So here is my point.... most of these people are currently in office of some kind. Now they are in these debates saying anything they need to say to try to appeal to the masses. Many things that counter why they have their current office. So these people in many cases are now outright lying or proving to an extreme to be the panderers that most sane people realize these people are.
So now this dipschidt is going to throw in the towel and walk back to his cushy congress seat after basically proving himself unfit for the position and his state will just vote him back in ignoring the dozens and dozens of idiotic positions he has revealed in the last 2 months.

If you announce to run and participate in the debates and then drop out before the first primary you should have to cut off a hand or something for wasting everyone's time.
If you stay in and don't receive more than 3% of the vote, then you lose both hands.

Can we start first from the Republicans in 2016 - like Ben Carson, Rand Paul and Jeb Bush?
This is certainly a different dynamic from 2016 when it was wide open from the start, but there were still 12 Republicans running when the primaries began including folks like Rick Santorum, Jim Gilmore, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee and Chris Christie.
It wouldn't shock me if we're down to 6 or 7 Democrats by the end of this year - Biden, Warren, Sanders, Yang, Buttigieg, and then maybe 1 or 2 hoping for a miracle.

What do Ben, Jeb and Rand have to with someone polling 1-3 percent

BuffaloTN said if you don't receive more than 3 % of the vote. Carson stayed in for four primaries and he passed that 3 pct. total (but not in New Hampshire). Bush was the same (except he won 2.8 pct of the vote in Iowa). Paul for 2 primaries and got a whopping 0.8 pet of the votes in those two states. I guess you can cut off the hands off Gilmore, Christie, Fiorina, Huckabee and Santorum if you want to - the point is that there were a lot of candidates wasting everyone's time in 2016 too.

carson and Jeb both led the republicans in polls at times. Jeb was at 11% in New Hampshire and 8 in South Carolina. Ben was around 11 in Iowa and 7 in South Carolina. Nothing like spartacus
