Mine came today too. I was getting a little worried!

How many food vouchers did every one receive? My Dad said he only got three vouchers for the five games, when usually there’s one per game.

3 yeah I know and there was confusion on season ticket holder gifts and what you were to receive depending on when you ordered your tickets. Honestly one year they gave season ticket holders 20% off apparel there are other incentives other MAC teams give. Its not like they are selling out every game.

Giving out less perks for fewer games, seems like an interesting strategy.

I am a non-traditional student so I get in free with my student ID but buy my Dad a ticket so he can tailgate and watch the games as im usually there anyways.

Well, due to other commitments, I didn't renew so I didn't get the winter hat or seat cushion which they were sure to remind me. Then on Wednesday, they called and told me that I could still renew but had to by the end of the day Thursday. I returned their call Thursday and my Dad called Thursday as well with no response or answer. I sent an email to Jeff stating that I could not reach them and would like to renew my tickets.

Within 15 minutes, someone called but after I renewed my Dad's ticket I received a snarky email stating how waiting until two days before the game to renew was not ideal and hard on their staff as they were busy. The email also scolded me for "bad communication on my part" as they called me "exactly 26 times since May" to renew.

I wish I could have got a refund right then and there. Felt as if they were mad that I was buying season tickets.
