Even though we are number 7 for the tournament we should be very happy to actually be in. We really need to do well in the tournament to have a chance at the College World Series. We first have to beat South Carolina.

We pulled the upset of South Carolina today but we have to keep our heads and keep playing well.

Congratulations on the win against the Gamecocks. You would think with all the hits we had that we would have won but I have to credit the Tide for hanging in there and coming back like they did. It's tough to win 4 over a team especially a team as good as Bama is. Good luck the rest of the way.

Big win over Auburn yesterday. Its nice to upset your in-state rival in a conference tournament by rallying in the eighth!

I don't think many people at all saw them winning it, BoH. The close proximity that Hoover is to Tuscaloosa sure doesn't hurt them either, does it? 03-wink Not saying that's why they won, heck they still had to play the games, but I'm sure they had the extra-fan support there!

And I'm not crying about us not winning at all. I didn't even think the Rebs were going to win the tourney, in fact, I had LSU or either Auburn or MSU winning it. That's not my point at all. My point is I just think the location is favored towards Bama, as most everything is in the SEC. Hell, the SEC's home office is in Birmingham for crying out loud, just a few miles up the road from their precious Bummers. As is, if I'm not mistaken, so is the SEC's officiating crew headquarters. Just food for thought!

Congrats anyway, Bumma!

How true, 10man, things are tainted a little bit crimson here in the SEC. There are plenty of other fine venues in the Southeast, and it sure seems like they could rotate it across the region.

I was just happy to see that the womens SEC basketball tourney was played in Little Rock this year. Got to showcase a fine arena and give our ladies a bit of extra support.

Bama sure wont be getting the extra support while playing in College Station for the NCAA's, lets see if that effects their performance.
