Yes, our D Line was slowing the run game but he was breaking the first tackle every time and picking up a couple extra yards. Eventually he would have broke one and maybe opened the pass game even more. I think it was number 9? that kept getting open over and over in the secondary.

#4 cam dollar got open several times. #9 Victor Tucker did as well. Could have been either if them. I think Tucker had the better day without looking at the box score though.

Certainly not what we were hoping for. FAU manhandled us and there's no getting around that fact. Hopefully Healy will get some of our injured defensive starters back after the bye week. Offense needs to work out these issues quickly.

You make it sound like anybody could just show up and hold Gardner-Webb to only 28 points.

Didn’t you just tie Rice?

Are yrou still “unimpressed” I literally fell out of my chair laughing reading that from a Charlotte fan.

You are bent out of shape because I said UNT was better than you. Tech hasn’t shown me anything to change my mind.

Strong performance by FAU.

Im amazed that Lemay wasn’t used more. He has most of his yards with the box stacked his whole career. 6 carries in the first half is illogical. He still average closed to five a carry. Give him the ball.

FAU just had too much on both lines. The tight end is my new favorite non Charlotte player. He’ll make a lot of $$$$$ on Sunday.

Lane was engaged and schemed into Charlotte weaknesses. He didn’t do that last year.

The Charlotte injuries are piling up and they’ll become real mediocre real quick if we don’t get some players back.
