This was passed in 2014, but I'd never seen it called until this year.

You can't hit a passing QB at knees or below. Saw one the first week. Then another that extended an LSU drive vs. Texas. Defender hit QB before he even released the ball, but it was right at the knee area and called unsportsmanlike conduct.

Aaron Murray got injured that way in 2013 vs. Kentucky.

The rule makes some sense, but it sure takes away a lot of football play. No two hands below the waist?
