Just saw this thread after posting mine. USF made a big ass jump this year. In the past 4 years we have moved up something like 60 places. one our goals is to be in the top 100.
It was something the ACC said to us when we inquired about them. Their claim was all their teams were top 100 in ranking, and then they added Lville which wasnt but I digress.

That state of Florida has 2 schools in the top 100 and it looks like well be next.

Great work USF...damn, that's some huge movement in one year.

When our new Morsani College of medicine opens in Downtown Tampa, and our new Pharmacy college opens in 2021, we are expecting another big jump. In the last meeting with donors, we were told to expect a top 100 ranking by 2021 and were ahead of pace.

As much as I wish we were doing better in the top 2 sports, Ill take this over that. Theres rumor of a massive research collaboration coming too, which may jump us into the top 30 research schools in the nation.

It was joke about how it was an embarrassing performance on the football field and how that's similar to what UCONN can deliver.

Wow, they really are a diploma mill.

USF has become one of the strongest academic schools in the conference and given we're a large Florida public school who have already built a great model for graduating students from at-risk backgrounds, I suspect we will continue to rise fast. I just pray we don't let our athletics end up looking like UConn to match to go this route.

Based on a lot of social media feedback from this weekends game, FAU is spot on.

No one should ever get hung up on these rankings. Get an accredited degree and do your best to find your own way. Remember, every day is a tryout whether you work for someone or work for yourself.
